Hey guys, I'm 17 yrs old and just started going to the gym pumping iron in order change my lifestyle.
I'm what you could call a computer freak / Gamer, and therefore working out is not the first thing that strucks me whenever I wake up.
But now it's time for me to change...
I weigh about 250lbs at the moment and i'm roughly 6ft tall.
My goal is to get down to at least 220lbs and build muscle in the process.
I have the motivation needed for it and a good friend that have experience from working out a lot, so I feel pretty confident with pulling this off! :)
The only thing i'm not as bright on is the nutrition part but I hope to find some good posts about it here on Bodybuildingdungeon.
