Hey everyone my name is Matt and im from toronto canada. I just turned 22 and recently went through a hard time woth some things in my life and decided to get my life back on track and get in shape.

Im not a small guy at all. im 6'1 and about 275 pounds. Im looking to cut some weight and build muscle. Ive been working out alot rescently and started to eat healthy and exercise alot. Found this site through google and it looked pretty good so i joined it. anyways just though id say hi and wat a great site this looks like. I hope to find some info on cutting weight and building muscle.
