Whats up everyone, my name is Marshall and I'm a 21 year old guy from Salt Lake City, Utah. I found this forum through my web surfing and it looks like there is quite a few good people on here who may be able to help me with my goals.
Currently I'm lifting 4 days a week at the local Golds, weighing in at 205 lbs. I've been working my ass off for as long as I can remember trying to get big
I've finally got a fairly legitimate workout routine going, hitting every muscle group during the week and mixing it up as I go. I've done a bunch of research on bodybuilding.com, and that's where I've been buying my supplements for the most part. (is there somewhere better?)
At the moment I'm working on hard-gaining, I'm eating just as hard as I am working out.. Even though I do need some ideas to help me with my nutrition, I seem to run out of good food ideas. I'm terrible at eating my vegetables! Anyone have a good link or something to a decent eating plan? I'd be much appreciative.
I avoided supplementing for years, trying to go the all natural way.(Except for Whey) I'm finally 21 and I decided I'm going to give Supplements a try. I'm on the basics right now. I'm eating 2-3 whey shakes a day.. and I just started NO-Explode, which I'm doing 2 scoops on my workout days and 1 scoop on off days.
I just bought some cell-mass, and some Omnevol&Arimevol(I hear scary things from the guys on this website, AFTER I bought it) oops. I still plan to give them both a shot in the near future to get myself some gains, if anyone has some productive advice on either of those please feel free to shoot it at me. I was wondering if I do decided to take the omnevol, should I treat it as a steriod and take the extra percautions like things for liver assist? Feel me in if anyone knows.
