Hey all,
just been introduced to this site by my younger bro JDuB, i would say little
brother but hes got about 26lbs on me.
lolol

im 23
6 foot 3
185lbs
not sure of BF% still yet to be tested if i guessed about 12%??

my journey started around this time last year i was weighting in at 220lbs.
Then dropped to a super unhealthy weight of 162lbs in a space of 2-3 months.
since then i have just been focusing on regular athletic training, aiming to
have a super lean/fit body. but now im kinda gearing to gain some mass

way to hijack my thread! how about seeing as its your first post why not introduce yourself in your own thread then ask about your 'methan50'
if i heard correctly i think its a drug that gives you booooobs, you boob head.

anywho:
thanks MotoMarine, i have been keeping a training log, i bought a pretty good one from borders, it has workouts in blocks of 14, where after you readdress your workout goals and to see if you have reached any. also a section to measure yourself every 30 days, and to record how much weight you can lift over time. and im up to about workout number 25 seeing some pretty good results.

as for diets, i eat pretty well, low carb, low fat, high protein. also using whey protein isolate and creatine. also looking to get some BCAA's and multivitamins.. im not to sure if they would help me what do you think?

i thought $40 was pretty good, there were normal multi's at safeway for around 15, but they just had the basic vitamins in it. these ones have antiox's/herbs/minerals etc, so i guess their potent ones? god knows.

you can never go wrong with some multivitamisn but damn 40$ bucks on multivitamins? i woulda gone with some Animal Paks if u were gunna spend that much! and there way better than any multivitam u buy an jus some store.... and u def cant go wrong with bcaa.... its great for muscle breakdown and building and also recovery.... u didnt go into much detail but it sounds like u got it all figured out to me!

if i were to go high weight and get big id stack
animalpaks
animalstaks
glutemine
whey protein
bcaa's
&aplodan

along with lost of lean low fat calories, and and at least 2g protein per lb a day, and 2 gallons of water a day =) along with one mean ****ing workout =) and work till i can do some 2 a days a few times a week too! mixed in with just a tad of cardio and thats how i would do it!

Hey man;

Welcome aboard! Got to agree w/ motomarine - i just got the ANIMAL STAK/PACK combo and really liked it alto I've heard it's a bit on the expensive side - got to pay for the advertising i guess. Anyways - lots of good info here - start a log, set some goals - at 6-3 185 you must be pretty damn lean! good place to start from!

later bro!

Hey man - i am sure you will do well - and that loose skin will snap back in 6 mos since you are young and have a high metabolism. i think that's awsome that you lost the weight! Try hanging leg raises too - those are great for the abs. won't do anything for the loose skin but if you build your abs a bit they will show thru - always a good ego booster! hahaha
