Heh, currently my training doesn't fit into any established method.
I was doing what could best be described as a hybrid version of 5X5, but I hit my main strength goal and then kinda got bored with it, so I'm in the process now of devising my new routine.
Long story short, I'm currently on a 4 day split:
Legs
rest
Chest & Tri's
Rest
Back & Bi's (back workouts rotate weekly for width/thickness)
Rest
Shoulders
repeat
I have 4 - 5 exercises each day, 5 sets for the big compounds, 3 sets for the isolation with no longer than 2 minute rest intervals
