umm im 6'2 205-210 uh bf% i dunno im not fat tho haha. and ive bin training for maybe a few years, just started taking it really serious the last year and a half. goals would be to get up to 215 and have some really strong its before i turn 18. interests are hockey which is the whole reason in started doing all this training.

My name is Tucker. I'm 17, I'm 6'2 and 198lbs. I'm a 3yr starter in football and baseball. I've been working out seriously for about 3 yrs now. i'm trying to just bulk up and "get big". i have a hard time bulking up because i have "long" muscle. so i'm strong, i just dont look it. i take serious mass and NOxplode
Max as of 5 weeks ago:
Bench=295lbs
Powerclein=265lbs
Squat=0lbs(horrible knees/doctors orders) end of freshman year=325lbs
Vertical=32in

i'm just looking to get big. i want people to see me and just be like "wow, that guy is jacked!"

any help is greatly appreciated.. i really need a solid work out plan and dietary help wouldn't hurt either

I dont really have one.. I just eat whenever i'm hungry(which is all day).
but everything i eat is healthy. lots of red meat, tons of fruit, potatoes, lots of eggs. and i drink nothing but water and juice. nothing carbonated

well you need to have a good diet plan
tons of fruit isnt that good because of the fructose amount
lots of eggs isnt that good either unless they are just the whites,other wise the cholesterol from them will be out the roof
make sure juices are 100% but don't rely on always drinking juice,water is the best thing to drink, you need about 1 gallon or above of water a day

ya i know. i've been meaning to get a solid diet going, i just havent had time. i've had baseball every weekend and 3 times a week since before school let out, and two a days are coming up in like a week...i drink ATLEAST a gallon of water a day. the juice and gatorade are just extra..i usually eat just the egg whites, and i eat 2-3 servings of fruit a day, so i may have exaggerated a little. its a pain in the a$$ to eat healthy when your parents buy all of the groceries and they dont care what they eat.
