Squat=0lbs(horrible knees/doctors orders) end of freshman year=325lbs
Vertical=32in
i'm just looking to get big. i want people to see me and just be like "wow, that guy is jacked!"
any help is greatly appreciated.. i really need a solid work out plan and dietary help wouldn't hurt either
