Hi all, new to this forum. Been working out on and off for 15 years, im 33 now. Im 5ft 9" and currently 14st 4lb (200lb), peaked at 15st (210) a few months back. I want advice on supplements please... stuff ive used in the past is creatine, protein, NO explode, and roids... mainly oral dianobol which has given me great size boosts but a bit of a puffy look, used it with winstol a few years back and it's the best cut ive had but ive never managed to get my abs out so need some tips please.

Currently on following supplements

DHEA (400mg day)
BCAA
Tribulus (750mg day)
L-Glutamine caps 3000mg
Whey Protein
Milk Thistle

Really interested to hear any feed back on DHEA as it's first time using, been recommended by a friend who got good resuls on it. My diet is ok but i know i dont eat enough, im a shift worker and my sleep and eating patterns are all over the place so make it up with shakes....

All responces greatly appreciated

Robbo

To get abs you need a solid diet and HIIT. I would suggest taking some creatine monohydrate as well.

HIIT training works wonders. It just incinerates fat, especially if you have never done it before. Keep at it for a few weeks and you will see major results.

Welcome to our dungeon.

Haha no worries.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. An example of this would be sprinting for 20 seconds and then walking for 1 minute, then repeat for 10 sets. Every week try upping the sprint time, but you have to up your walk time as well. Highest I have ever gotten to (without puking haha) is 45 seconds sprinting, 2 minutes walking. This training keeps your body guessing and really does work wonders for fat loss.
