Hi everybody, Ive been enjoying reading all the posts so I figured Id add one of my own to the stack. Im just starting to whip my self back into shape from a couple of years of easy living, and beer drinkin. As for goals right now im more interested in building muscle than cutting weight(i always wanted to weigh 200 lb I just dont want 20Lb of it on my stomach)

Any way i work out with a home gym with out a spotter but Im benching more than I ever have, so Im feeling good. I figure maybe in 6 months or so Ill be able to get my moneys worth out of Gym membership. Till then Thanks for all the stories and threads, it all combines to keep me motivated.
