Hey Everyone, I wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone here! My name is Jeanice and I am from NY. I wanted to find a forum that would help and lead me through my bodybuilding journey as well as vice versa. A little background about me.
I started at 17 at 122lbs going down to 106. From there I was just skinny and not much muscle tone. I had help from other bodybuilders, forums etc but something was just not clicking. I experimented and experimented gained weight, lost weight, maintained etc. Till this day I have never achieved the body I want. Last year I was at about 133 and then went down to 117. I had my calories too low and too much cardio. Since then I have gotten up to 146 and still have no idea! LOL. My clothes still fit, so thats a good thing. Ive tried different styles of training, supplements and nutrition, carb cycling, different macros, 40/40/20 etc. I started to diet 12 weeks ago and results still did not seem to come in. Minimal changes, I decided to to try the CKD posted here. Hopefully I can start to see some results with this diet and all your support.
