Hello BodyBuilding Dungeon,

My name is Chelsea and I am looking to get these last 15-20 lbs off FOR GOOD!! I have recently lost just about 60 lbs and now I am stuck...Actually I've gained about 6 lbs back and have been here for almost 2 months.

I am here hoping to get som EXPERT advice on what else I can do, or to correct what I have been doing wrong. I want to get these lbs off...and want to get as many inches and lbs off by the end of June when I will see my family for the first time in a year. (these last lbs are ALL from the belly by the way) I'm already intrigued by what I've learned about this CKD dieting approach.

Looking forward to making new friends and learning new weight loss techniques and secrets.

welcome to the dungeon!

try incorporating refeeds into your diet. usually every 6 days or so. refeeds are days when you push your calorie intake back up to maintenance or above levels. this is used to raise leptin levels essential for burning fat. also remember that as you lose more weight your calorie intake should change with it. this should get you past that stall in your progress. I assume you are doing a decent amount of cardio too? try bumping it up to another day or so during the week.
