New here.. from Virginia

Hey guys.. new forum member here. I live in VA and I've got myself a workout partner so it makes going to my company's gym a little easier. We lift 3x a week m/w/f.

My goals are to shed some unwanted belly fat and tone through while gaining strength as well. I was never a big weight lifter until I got my current job. I'm thinking about throwing a nice 3 mile run into my workout routine for my off days on tues / thursdays.

I'm 6'3" and weigh approximately 210. About 6 months ago I was 190 and fairly happy with my weight but I was also doing cardio everyday. I started slacking up and my life started getting busy and I stopped working out / doing cardio.

I'm thinking about starting up on a cutting stack.. (Ripped System by NX Labs) but I really don't want to do the regime of pills they make you take so I'm leaning more towards Lipo 6.

The reason for gaining the weight back is because of my diet. I've never been the healthiest eatter and I still love my cheeseburgers from time to time so I think my main problem is my diet.

Anyway glad to be here on the forum.. I hope I'm able to learn a lot and start shedding some pounds.

welcome bro u came to right place to learn a lot. first off before you jump into lipo 6 lets get a good diet set up for you, then lets make sure your training is good and then you can jump onto lipo 6. diet and cardio should come first before your supps. you can shed a lot of weigh with proper diet and cardio.

post up a thread in the nutrition forum and we can set you up. you can still have a hamburger but only on your cheat day.

you can have a hamburger, just make it beef that is very lean. Like 93/7.

Thanks for the welcome! When I go to the grocery store that is what I buy 93 / 7 lean beef. I generally know what to buy and what to stay away from it's just the temptations are hard sometimes! The fact is I don't have a consistent time to eat or meal plans. I work evening shift (3PM-1130PM) majority of the time is spent sitting down. It's hard waking up in the morning to get the meals down. For instance today I've had one thing to eat and it's 2:36PM. Not good..I know. Just something I have to overcome.

it will feel like force feeding urself but eventually you will get used to it.
