Greetings all,

Just stumbled across this site the other day after doing research on dieting and thought I'd stick around.

I've lost 176 pounds over the last 9 months dieting with some cardio incorporated over the last 4 months. My success is slowing down, so I was looking for ways to help further my success. I have a before/after photo I'll post shortly when I was down about 162 pounds. Still have a little ways to go but it's coming along

Hey Brown Devil I lived in Queen Creek For a while, while living in AZ off of Ironwood and Ocotillo behind the golf course. Keep up the good work man I have lost about thirty pounds from the wifey getting prego. Originally from So Cal but off and on to AZ

yea I had tmobile there too lived in cambria I actually built most of the houses in that division as a framer thats awesome to talk to someone from out west close to where i used to live!
