Just a bit about myself..
Im 18 years old 75kg (what that is in pounds i dunno) ive been in the game for 2 years now 1 year very seriously.
Im currently in the off season trying to put on a bit of bulk since its almost winter here in New Zealand.
Im currently at uni staying on campus so my diet has gone to S*** with the food here but im doing my best to eat right.
A normal weeks training looks like this
Mon: Shoulders tri's and ab's
Tue Quads and calves
Wed: Off
Thu Chest and Bi's
Fri: Back and Hams
Sat: Off
Sun: Off
I've got a fast metabolism so I dont do cardio during the off season so i hang around 12% body fat and can get down to 7% during summer.
Im natural by the way.
I usually use mass builders so my training like your squats deadlifts bench presses etc and keep my rests short usually 30-45secs i guess that basically covers it ill try get some pics up soon so you guys can have a look |
