hey guys, i recently started doing serious training and while looking at some help for nutrition i found that forum. I learned and continue to learn so many thing about body building so thank you for your good work :) .

i m 17 , 135 pound ( 120 when i started training ) , 5 feet 8 inches.

Monday : chest + calf
Tuesday: back + abs
Wednesday : legs
Thursday : arms
Friday : shoulder + trapezius

i m doing 1h of walk after training because i don t have much money to pay the gas of the car XD .

I take the week-end off since i<m doing mostly other kind of sport like kickboxing.

I'm trying to eat every 2 hours. Sandwich and or eggs between my big meal cause at school i can't bring a steak to each between class :P. I take a quick mass shake after my training and before going to bed. I also have some protein bar but i only use them when i couldn t eat enought during the day or just cause i want to , i don t base my diet on them.

Atm i m reading books and looking on the forum to build a solid diet to gain weight. I still have alot to learn ^^
