Hey I'm new to bodybuildingdungeon. I signed up a while ago because my friend uses this forum to learn a lot about bodybuilding and the things he tells me sound interesting. So yeah, I'm 17 years old and from New York. I've been slacking off for about 6 months now but I'm ready to hit the gym hard again. Currently at 5'8'', 150lbs, with 16% body fat. My goals right now are to get a lot stronger, bulk up to 175, and to decrease my body fat. Any advice would be great. Thanks!!

Welcome to the forum. You'll find that will help you with whatever you need.

The best advice I can give you is to research a ton about how to train correctly, with good form and good exercises. Stick to the basics of compound exercises, and go from there. Also, evaluate your diet, you probably aren't eating enough to gain weight as most people don't.

Research about dieting on the forum and training as well, and post any questions you might have.

well...my diet has been pretty shitty lately. I don't eat every 2.5hrs like I'm suppose to. I eat a lot of junk fastfood like subways or chinese food take out after school. It's mainly because im in my senior year of high school and im just lazy and want to hang out. But my training looks something like this.

Monday-chest/tris/abs
Wednesday-back/biceps/abs
Saturday-shoulders/legs/abs
all with like a 15min cardio after workout.

My max bench press is 155
Squat is 205
Deadlift is 205
