BigJack87 NPC Lightweight Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	Hey guys im very new to the sport, here for some help an advise im 90 kg, 198lbs 176cm tall, 5ft 9". looking to strip the fat an get ripped basically, any help would be appreciated with diets training, im currently doing Jays Cutlers beginer Workout, just started this week, i have been training on an off in gyms for about 2 years but its time to get serious an see some results.
