Hello everyone!! I have been lifting for 2 years now (seriously for 1). I pretty much had no idea what I was doing for the first year until I really got into this sport. So I am here to get tips and pointers and all the low down on supps.

Stats
21 years young
5'11" 170lbs (started at 139!!!)
Bench-190

Just trying to get as big as possible naturally. Life is to short to be Small !!!
