Hey I'm new here, I've been reading around here and it's seems like a really interesting place. I stumbled upon this site while finding a diet, I'm hoping to try the CDK diet. [bodybuildingdungeon.com/forums/nutrition/2156-cdk-cyclical.html] I mostly came here to get fit. I used to weigh about 245 pounds of fat. I was about 14 back then. Around November I started going to the gym and doing cardio like crazy, I'm talking 2-3 hour cardio daily. At last I got down to about 190 and my immune system dropped and I started feeling tired and weak. So I got lazy and kinda stopped going to the gym. Now I'm back at 195. I'm feeling great but there's still a lot of body fat I'm hoping to lose and I wanna get into real training. I'm talking about strict dieting and working out. Now I'm 15, turned 15 about a week ago. I would like to lose most of my fat, while working on everything and trying to get that 6 pack I've dreamed of since I started at the gym. Anyways, I'd like to say hi to everybody. And I'll post some pictures of myself up in some time, since I'll be on vacation for about 5 days.

And btw, I'm about 5' 9"-10"
