Hey team.
Just a quick introduction.
just turned 17. Been lifting weights for about a year and a half now.
Currently about 6"2 and weigh about 95kg.
My aim is to loose about 15kg and increase my muscle.

What are some training / dieting tips that any of you can give?

welcome aboard man!!
theres lots of advice and tips to be given but you really gonna have to be more specific or I could be typing for days lol.
Obviously you cant loose bodyfat and gain lots of muscle at the same time so which are you working on right now and we can give you some pointers?

I feel my muscle mass if quite good at the moment.
As I cant give you figures because im no expert :)
Im aiming to loose the rest of the fat that i had when i was alot younger and get some abs at the same time

ok cool so you are wanting to do a cut then.Im sure others will chime in but when I have a few mins I will give you a basic diet outline to go by.

I also need a quick overview of protein and other supplements to use . And what you recommend. I her no explode is good . but not sure what else.

Personally i wouldnt even think about supplements right now except for a good quality whey protein.Maybe creatine.
