My name is Alex
I'm addicted to endorphins, the absolutely immense calm and relax tiredness, like there isn't a care in the world. Thats why I keep in the deadlift once a week, I will get 3 plates soon. I am no exactly a powelifter but I work on dead and squat strength. I don't like benching its bad for the posture I believe, just my personal experience. My chest is still fairly big from the benching I"ve done and pushups. I do a lot of yoga pushups.
I'm obssessed with bringing up my bar rows, I am deloading off these for a while, and focusing on pullups, pull downs. I'll be done with that block soon and back to an accumlation block for bar rows. Goal for that next block is to go from 135 doing sets of 10, to doing 185 good form for this. I've done 185 3x3 but that was fairly weak. Getting stronger. Back day is tommorow. Pullups , pendlay rows, and bar snatches. and rear delt flies. Should be a great day.

Training is the flame that purges human weakness from the mind and body.

thanks guys I didn't think anyone would respond to this. I actually did do some benching yesterday, I just joined in on a few sets of 185 with the always present "all bench and only bench crew" at my gym.
