How we all doing? Im 26, living in Glasgow and been lifting weights since i was about 17. Im only 5,6 and 184 pounds but looking to get the bulk back on after a lengthy illness. Glad to have finally found a decent forum and will be picking alot of brains for training and nutrition tips in the weeks to come!!

Well id like to get my weight up to about 200lbs, i think the key is going to be getting my supplements right, its my grey area! My training and diet are ok i think. Alot of my mates have been hitting the steroids and although ive been tempted i think im going to try and keep things natural.
