Hello from switzerland

Hi to everybody, I am a long time ago me registered in the forum I have now decided to introduce me.

I live in Switzerland I am 24 years old and i practice bodybuilding from 9 years, would like to begin to compete, I hope to be welcomed between you and to begin to know the bodybuilding from his mother nation United States

my height is 5'9, and weight is 240 lbs.

I lift Squat 308lbs, deadlift 396lbs, curl biceps 66lbs, 352lbs bench press, 308lbs incline bench press and 440lbs shrug for traps.

My goals are to start to compete, and move to U.S one day and compete there

those numbers are really impressive man, with numbers like that you should compete in no time, is there a lot of competitions in switzerland?

Unfortunately no, here the bodybuilding is not very popular, but there is some
interesting competitions.

You are right I think that I will begin' a preparation for compete in 2009.
