Hey everyone, the names tim and i was reffered to this site by one of my buddys (ZiR RED). I have been an active kid most of my life, doing wrestling in 8th grade and was going to do football in 11th but unfortunately i broke my wrist and lost 15 lbs and went down to 130 last winter. So basically its been a year, im a junior and i weigh about 166 with 17% BF and i plan on dieting and loose some weight for the summer. Iv been plateuing for about 4 months and havent gained anything so i decided my workout needed a change and i hope to find some good diet tips on here. Sorry for the long post of my life haha. |
