Wats go'en on everyone, I'm going to a D1 football school next year and I am thinking about trying to walk on. While i've always been fit and relatively strong, I have never really had a program to follow when lifting. I'm about 5'11 tall, weigh 190lbs, and during I'm somewhere around 12% body fat, probably a little less. I would really love to get stronger and bigger. After browsing around here for sometime I realized its a very helpful site and I should probably create an account. So just introducing myself, I'll probably be asking for some sort of advice soon enough. Later guys |
