Ok np..thanks for welcoming me..

I stands 5'4" inches short lol
24 yo
around 150+ lbs (I have belly fats LOL) But I'm trying to lose some weight and to increase my stamina, endurance etc.. But most importantly I want to become a freakingly huge bodybuilder someday and compete on stage at least once in a lifetime. My training has been on and off due to busy schedule and other stuff etc.

My sets are between 3-5 sets each body part with 8-15 reps per set though..

My diet was bad these past few days but I would definitely vary it for better because I've been eating bad foods the past few days which was really bad for my health...

My routine:

Chest / Calves
arms
Shoulder / traps
Legs
Back
rest
Repeat

As of now, I am trying to cut and then afterwards, I will bulk up and eat tons of foods with less fats from pork, chicken skin and sweets...

if your trying to cut right now then try to introduce a lot of cardio HIIT (high intensity interval training) on off days and make about a three day split regime for lifting since you will need that much time for your muscles to rest and repair. also shorten your resting times in between your sets to about 30 seconds drink 1 gallon of water a day. and if you're looking to be serious about cutting or bulking u need a serious diet that you're going to stick to. if i forgot any importants dont hesitate to add, anyone
