Hello!
I've been reading around in some forums and discovered this one as the most friendly & most mature site even with people in all ages,to learn from some veteran's and older/wiser people is just a pleasure :)

I will ask alot of questions, and i hope some people that have the knowledge will answer, will be really grateful .

Age: Just turned 16
Height: 181 cm (Sorry for not being able to convert to the US format)
Weight: 76-77 kg
First bench: 40 kg,training currently with 70 kg.

I started out going to the gym for about 2-3 months ago, with the weight of 69-70kg.

The weight is getting up slowly..dont really know if 7-8 kg is good for 2-3 months..,but i dont see that much of improvements as i want..i mean i couldnt see my abs at the weight of 69 kilos, so i guess i do not got that such a good gènes but the future will tell i guess.I do not really care that much of abs to be honest , i just wanna be bigger overall and more coarse/rough and alot more volume.

These 2-3 months havent been as serious as it could be tho, dont know why but i do not feel comfortable sometimes when huge guys starring at me (which could just be a illusion) and skipped exercises beacuse of that.

I think i really do look small to be weighting around 76-77 kg, dont know if i do got much fat or what the fuck it's wrong!?

I got really much freetime so i wanna do whatever it's needed ..

I will post some pictures later when i've taken some photos,i will maybe be "outlaughed" but it's still worth a try.

I'm currently eating like this:
Meal 1: Oatmeal ,2 pieces of non-sugar added bread and a protein shake
Meal 2: Usually chicken & rice (i live 2 minutes from school,so i got the possibility to run home and eat sometimes)
Meal 3: Whatever in school if it's not that fat or shit, and do often got the time to run home for a shake.
Meal 4: After school, chicken & rice and maybe a fruit or something.
Meal 5: Egg white omelette of 10-15 eggs and maybe some of non-sugar bread
Meal 6: (after workout) directly a gainer in the gym and chicken & rice & a fruit at home.
Before bed i'm taking a protein shake or some quark.

It's not as strict as it looks and i often change the order of the meals.

Thankfull for every kind of answer, nice to be starting somewhere aswell

English is not my primary language so be ready for some spelling/grammar issues, but i will do my best.
