how we all doing guys,
I'm brand new to this site so I thought I would make myself known.
I live in Perth WA (Australia) been lifting on and off for about two years, started up again about 4weeks ago and been hitting the gym about 5 times a week split up with chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs on respective days.
riite now as far as supps i use the good'ol protien shake (ON 100%) ans creatine.
well thats about all I gotta say for the now and I gotta jump off line so I won't be able to reply back again till tommrow.

any tips or advice as far as training and supps go please let me know, and feel free to drop me a line whenever..

last time I introduced myself into a forum I got flamed to hell and decided to never post there again! hahahahahaha, havent got my full stats on me just now caus I'm at work but I'll post them up as soon as I can.
but I am about 5'7 and weigh in at 73kg (aprox 160Ilb) I'm hoping to get up to about 85kg and be able to compeat in 09. wellp thats my goal if it takes me a bit longer then then it takes me a bit longer but we all gotta set the mark somewhere.

any advice that can help me on my jorney will be really appriciated..
