Hey guys, finally signed up for the forum. I had cruised through a few times when I'd randomly decide to try and get in shape, but I finally got committed to training and decided to sign up for the site.

This picture is of me on July 4th 2007, my friends girlfriend is on the left, and I am on the right (obviously):

Shortly after this photo was taken I decided to get in shape for good.: Now coming up on a year later I've lost a significant amount of weight.

I took this picture of myself yesterday :

I am quite excited to have finally lost this much weight. I am down from a waist size 40 (US), down to a 36. Medium or Large T Shirt from a tight fitting 2x.

Now that I have dropped a lot of weight I am trying to start packing on some muscle. That's my short and sweet intro. Hope you guys enjoyed it.

Welcome! Nice faces, lol, you're very photogenic!

You've made great progress so far! Congrats on losing the weight, i know it's really hard. Looks like you've already got a good base for building muscle. Glad to have you here in the dungeon!

Im very pleased with my progress. I've still got some mid-section fat to lose, which is nothing compared to the amount I was faced with when I first started.

After I lost a significant portion I took about a month off from the gym but continued my diet, and now I am going back full force. I just started a cycle of Clenbuterol, and the supporting supplements to go with it (Taurine, and Potassium).

I Also plan on continuing my current regimen :
Cardio : M/W/F/Su
Lifting : TU/THUR/SAT

1 Gallon of water per day at least (been doing that since I started first losing weight)

Nice work dude - it's hard to loose it when it's been on for a while. You are looking terrific - i will be interested to see how u like the clen. I did 2 cycles of it and lost some bady fat but hated the sides - shortness of breath, pounding heartbeat, etc. Good luck to you reaching your goals!
