**** this forum looks pretty hard core, I must say. Glad I'm here, this forum seems like a good place to be.

I was referred to the site by Foogoof (I know him as Goof).

For the time being, I'm dieting to lose fat-mass and will be doing more weight training to gain in the summer.

Eh, that's about it.
