Hey everybody, I'm Chris Webb from Oxford, Mississippi. I'm new to the world of bodybuilding and I'm loving it! I'm 5'11" 160lbs so I'm not very big but I'm looking to bulk up a bit. I'm up for any and all advice and help I can get. My weights were stolen a while back so I'm really struggling to make some gains but I do what I can with what I got and keep moving on.

both lol...i somewhat study and practice martial arts and philosophy and he did both...he also knew what it'd take to get a nice physique and stay in shape...that particular quote is one of the things that keeps me motivated...i see your a firefighter man...i'm a volunteer and when i go to basic for the national guard and get back i plan on going fulltime

I have done the same in the past, studied Marital Arts, but there was no Bruce Lee style in my area.

Yes, Im a Volunteer Firefighter for my community.. We dont have paid Firefighter's in my area.

I have 2 kids and both already want to be junior ff's when there able, well least my son does right now. He's 7, daughter is just over 3 years<= going to 16... yoi.. ( pittsburgh slang) in memory of Myron Cope.. may his Yoi's rest in peace.. LOL..
