Hey, i figured id do this little into thing. I started lifting about 2 years ago when my weight was out of control. I weight 350lbs and was as unhealthy as I possibly could be. Its been 2 years and i lost about 120 lbs. i decided to take it to the next level and began getting into bodybuilding, i never understood how much work and dedication was involved until i began to do it myself. Hopefully by the end of 2008 ill be ready for my first competition. Im looking forward to talking to everyone and getting some helpful advice as well as give some back.
