Hey everyone...for those of you who are new (and I apologize for my absence) my name is Justin and I'm a 23 year old bodybuilder currently residing in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I recently relocated from Pittsburgh after I graduated with a B.A. in Corporate Communication from Robert Morris University.
At my pinnacle, I was weighing in at 220lbs which I have since dieted down to about 185-190. My competition weight is 171 lbs so what I have been doing is bulking and then cutting, and then re-bulking very clean in order to gain muscle, while minimalizing my fat. Some new things happening in my life, I recently have been employed by the University of Phoenix Harrisburg campus as an enrollment counselor working that good old 9-6:15 shift, so my gym life has been drastically decreased as to what i'm normally accustomed to.
I will post pics that were takin on Feb, 20'th 2008 at a weight of 190lbs. Since then i've become more lean, although I have sacrificed some mass, i'll be sure to regain that mass, but without any fat deposits, or very minimal I suppose lol. I am a veteran of this site, and if I can help anyone out, please, my knowledge and experience are definitely free so contact me anyway you see fit.
To all those newbies out there, don't fret, gains come in time so keep plug'n away and you WILL reach your goals!
