whassup peeps names jo, im 5'8 200lbs (of the stuff we all hate)

i recently started to work out i love to lift weights but i loath cardio like the plague, which is a HUGE problem, the most i can seem to do consistently is 30 mins of low intensity jogging (sad but true). the owner of the gym i work out at used to compete for the Mr Korea title. he keeps telling me that i should just slow down on the weights and just work cardio. are there any good lifting exercises that can compensate for the lack of cardio? general tips on the proper diet is also much appreciated, i've been taking atrophex before break fast lunch and dinner and taking syntha 6 post work out. i've been readin a lot online and watching videos of trey brewer and ronnie dieting and other fitness models on their diet and its they lose me on the 8-12 meals a day and the carb intake ( i've been hearing since i was born that carbs make u look bloated and make u fat). but most bodybuilders eats loads of complex carbs and mountains of lean protein. any input on anything mentioned i'll be every thankful for. everyone on here seems very helpful so thank you ahead for anything u guys have to say :)

Welcome to the dungeon bro. you're gonna need to look into HIIT cardio training, getting your diet tuned in, and definitely get your split right to shock those muscles into growth.

You'll find it all here at The Dungeon, the #1 bodybuilding support team on the web.

Once again, welcome bro!

Try doing your cardio outside. I HATE doing cardio inside.

30mins of cardio even low intensity isnt that bad.better than what some do.The owner of your gym sounds like he knows nothing. If you have a good weight lifting program mixed with cardio you are on a good start. There is always room for improvment but that comes with time
