Hello everyone!! This looks like a terrific site you have got here. I have been into health and fitness for about 20 years. I started lifting because I was very skinny 6`0 tall and 135 pounds and over the years I hit a max bodyweight of 200 pounds which is my ideal bodyweight. About 5 years ago I was in a truck wreck which mangled up my lower back and even after a full recovery I never had the drive to get back into training. Well now that I am 38 years old I decided it was time to start getting back in shape. I have been training hard for 6 weeks now and am feeling incrediable. Look foreward to to making some new friends and sharing information.
Thanks for the welcome. Right now I am currently 190 pounds. After sitting around for the last 5 years I have alittle spare tire to get rid of around the midsection so I have been working on that and building up my overall conditioning and endurance.
