thanks, I'm 18 from IN..I was always quite small as a kid but always very active..I participated in martial arts (mainly Tae Kwon Do) for five years and tried a little bit of boxing after that. I started lifting soon after that and I've loved it since..right now my goals are just overall gaining mass and bulking up. I lift every day for around an hour. I'll have pics up in a few mins, check em out and tell me where you think I could use improvement most.
