Grimsby is in Ontario very close to Niagara Falls .
I'm 6-1 215 probably 10 -11 % bf but the bf % has got to go down working progress .
I got a lot of out of town work so i try to do a lot of chin ups and one leg squats i usually take 30/40/50 lb dumbbells with me and do exercises in a very strict form and make everything harder since i don't have a lot of weights ,but when i get home i go nuts .i also started cardio 3-4 times a week light jogging and stuff .
Like i said i do a lot of of sports i race DH mountain bikes and Kitesurf play competitive Paintball a lot of hockey in the winter go rock climbing one a month and work outside construction work a lot of lifting .
I got two hunger brothers who live with me and they crazy Adrenalin junkies so i try to keep up as much as i can lol .
I got no time but next weekend i will take some picks
I just ordered some supplements
ON Whey/ Multivitamin/ creatine / bcaa /glutamine. i think thats all i need and a good diet :)
Can i mix the glutamine with the whey or is it better to take it separately .
My biggest weakness is my diet i just love cookies and living in a hotel room does not help a lot ether .
