i i'm iron-man , i'm 5'10 tall and weight 200 pound and my last bodyfat % check is 10 i train at home since 2 years and i make more gain in this two years than a friend of mine in 5 years in the gym . all the secret is in the thinking!!!!!!!!!

i'm not the kind of guy who go to the gym or train for just look great to meet model girl i train like a freak because for me its the only way to stay sane

remember it: if you do it for other reason than yourself you're better to put a bulet in your head now because you gonna do it someday anyway!!

cytosport whey
kaisen whey
