100% Whey mixedwith oatmeal, cinnamon and splenda. My prot is usually 98% lean ground longhorn or chicken breasts (both no hormones or antibiotics and no sodium added). I supp w/ glutamine (20g a day) and amminos (ON's 2222 caps) and multi from Garden of Life...

day 1 - Legs (split am to pm quads and hams/calves)
day 2 - Arms (ALWAYS supersetted)
day 3 - Back, traps and rear delts
day 4 - Chest front and side delts
day 5 rest
The hard part is the rotation of periodization...I cycle through heavy, drop sets, and volume days...and abs are every 2 or 3 days.
