hi, my name is shawn. I'm 29 yrs old 6' tall 217 pounds, i'm not very big muscler at all but i'm not really fat either. I've been going back to the gym for two months and dieting the same time. Since i've back to the gym my arms chest, shoulders and back are growing and defining really good i must say. I'm also doing legs and abs but my problem lies in the abs and love handles. i go to bed at 10:30pm and get up at 4:15am and i'm at the gym by 5am, before i leave i take a protein shack with 10grams of cluitamine, creatine pills, ephedra fat burner, and stanadrol booster, i work out for two hours on one section a day, monday-bie and tri, tue-chest, wed-legs, thur-shoulders, fri-back, sat-abs. When i get to the gym i do a half hour of olipical machine everyday and then workout. Right after i work out i have another protein shack with 10g clutimine and creatine and drink atleast a gallon of water a day. i have no snacks during the day cause i have no time, for lunch a salad and somesort of meat and veggie dish, same at dinner, one glass of kool-aid a day. my question is am i doing everything right. i want to loose my love handles and fatty stomach but at the same time bulk up my muscles. when i flex my stomach there is something there in the background but the love handles throw it off, should i have a cutting stage and a bulking stage, are the supplements i take going to make me fatty in the mid section cause im trying to bulk or am i good cause im working out. what is the average time to loose mid section fat without loose lean muscle, please help me and tell me if im going in the right direction or point me there, thanks so much. by the way when i started up two months ago i was 226 pounds.

first of all WELCOME TO THE DUNGEON Bro. and nice intro. you said you want to cut fat from stomach and at the same time want to bulk up for muscles thats a very tough job to do ,cutting fat and bulking at the same time is a bit difficult , but keep doing what your doing you'll get results soon.
and i dont know i should say that or not but you are using more supplements. than required ,plz dont mind its my personal view :-) welcome once again.

Welcome to the dungeon, nice to have you here.

First off do you track your caloric intake? Take that amount and subtract 250 a day and do your cardo for a week. then drop 250 more, but thats it.. up your cardo and you will drop the weight..

If you need a meal or training log, go to the Training Log section, I have uploaded them for everyone to use.

I'm working on ones with the dungeon logo on them..

Chris

I would recomend doing cardio fter the workout. Also doing bis and tris the daybefore chest isnt that great either.Hers a split i really like
Mon-chest,bi
Tues-legs
Wed-off or cardio
Thurs-back
Fri-shoulders,tris
Sat-off maybe cardio
Sun-off
Drop the one glass of koolaid from the diet unless its sugar free. You need to try to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight a daqy.Spread out thru 6-8 meals a day.eating every 2-3 hrs.Iknow you are trying to lose weight but beleive it or not this is the way to do it.
Sun-off
