Hello from Australia.
My name's Jez, I've been lifting weights for just under a year now.
Just a couple of things about me:
I weigh 77kg roughly, I'm 183cm tall, I dumbell press 35kg per hand, curl 20kg per hand for biceps and can deadlift 110kg on a good day (but of late I have avoided deadlifts due to an inflexible back).
I train on a split set (ie, in three day cycles: Day 1: Back, Biceps. Day 2: Chest, Triceps. Day 3: Rest) and I train with another member here (Tripower?).
I have never used any kind of protein or suppliment, simply because I lack the funds.
This place looked pretty cool, so i thought I'd join!!
