hmm might be changing my mind now about getting to big, after reading and looking at pics here and around the net mabey being a ripped girl isnt so bad. just dont meet many in my hometown. i think i want to work on definition and learning some new techniques to work the most muscles possible. but so sore anyone see a link around here for good stretches?

exrx.net has a huge database of muscles and exercises for them, and that includes stretches. Here's a link to their muscle directory, i think it has several stretches for every muscle. ExRx.net Exercise & Muscle Directory It's a medical, technical-sounding site, but it's got great info.

Though you have to expect some soreness as the body adjusts to movements it's not used to making, especially with added weight involved.

I'm glad to hear you're considering some degree of ripped-ness, lol. Keep in mind that there are so many degrees of "ripped", involving muscle size and amount of bodyfat. I'm sure you'll find the one that's right for you. :)

eww lol

thanks frag! ya im used to the soreness and sitting on the computer dosnt help. i took a pilates class and found out how tight my body actully is. my hip abducotrs, which i thought were fine, i noticed they were tight as hell and after learing some new strechs totally helped me in lots of exersices. ive been working my back and having troble find the right stretch to get to certain muscles in there. ill check out that site tho thanks.
