Welcome man..

when it comes to Powerlifting or any kind of strenght training.. best thing is.. eat alot, rest alot and traing HARD AND HEAVY, keep your reps to around 6
3-4 sets and go as heavy as you can.. even if you can only do one rep, that is still a lift.. if you can get some protien in you.. around 1 gram pre lean body weight. so if you weight 150lbs.. then you need to eat around 150 grams of protien a day.. so a shake in the morning and one as a meal either after your workout or later in the day. keeps you workouts simple but heavy.

Hope this helps

DOn

Welcome to the Dungeon. There's a Powerlifting section. You should find your answers in there.
