My story:
My name is Jason. Im 25. 5"9 165lbs. Im a medium build guy. I was always called "stocky" in high school. My goal is to build muscle without dabbling into steroids. I wanna get big and bulky and thats my focus. Im not afraid to work for it. Im new to bodybuilding/weightlifting. Started in September as a casual thing and now its an obsession. Im in the gym 4 or 5 days a week.
My routine:
Monday-Chest/tris/30 min of walking
Tuesday-Back/bi's/abs
Wednesday-hamstrings/glutes/calves/30 min of walking
Thurdays-shoulders/abs
Fridays-light chest and bi's /30 min of walking
Supplements:
GNC multivitamin
Scoop of
muscle milk in the morning
NO supplement
flax seed oil
50g whey protein post workout
Diet:
I do point of sale for mcdonalds so my dieting is the most challenging part. I try to eat the eggs/bacon for breakfast. Yogurts for snacks. Grilled chicken for lunches. And my weakness the fries. I only get a small b/c i feel guilty. Dinner i try to eat well steaks, chicken, things with high proteins.
Any suggestions or criticisms would be nice. Like I said my goal is to bulk and gain muscle and I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!
