Hello gym rats, my name is Parachute and this is my first post (I think) here on the forums. I have been reading and lurking around for a while now, so I decided to register and start giving my input on topics. Here's a little standard information about me:
Age: 22
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 155-ish

First picture: 2004 (age 18)
Second/Third pictures: 2008 (age 22)
Eating: I try to eat like most people who want to get a little bigger. I eat about 3000 calories/day (clean) about 80-90% of the time, and take in about 160-180g protein a day and 300g carbohydrates, too.
Weight training: I do a 4 day split every week, and almost no cardio. I would like to change that, but with a busy schedule it's hard to fit everything in sometimes, and I am satisfied with my gains in terms of muscle growth. I could post my routine, but I don't have it written down on the computer at the moment.
Goals: I would like to get up to 175, but I am actually kind of satisfied with how I look right now.
Misc info: I am a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) student in Houston, Texas, and I finish school this semester so I will be going in to the working world soon enough. I love music, geography, movies, video games, books, and food (Especially cooking).
Weight lifting has changed my life in so many positive ways and helped me become a better person overall. Admins, thanks for putting the time and effort in to your internet moderation jobs and giving hope to fat and skinny kids everywhere! |
