im new on here 14 years old and pumped about being a bodybuilder training started about 2 months ago i have gained 10 pounds of muscle. any advice feel free to leave some.

i eat 6 meals a day lift mid day after school and night time both 2 hours a piece.

monday: legs

Tuesday: arms

wednesday: abbs

Thursday: back

Friday: Arms

Saturday Legs morning/ Back at night

sunday: Chest


everyday i train at least 3 hours up to six.

3 hours is way to much training, way WAY too much. hour, hour n a half max...no more than 4 exercises per bodypart is all you need.
