Hi everyone
My name is Damien, I'm 26 years old, 5'4" and around 135 lbs. I'm sort of new to bodybuilding. I don't have a gym member ship so I do most of my workouts at home in my bedroom. I currently have a decent set of resistance bands, dumbbells(max. weight of 40lbs. each or 80lbs. single) and a stability ball. I've been doing random routines for about 1 1/2 months now and seeing some minor results in my chest and bicep/triceps. I have been reading a lot online and from what I've understood is that it would probably be best to start a routine. I limit my exercises to around 1 hour long but I honestly don't feel any burning. My muscles feel a little sore but that's pretty much the extent of it. I have a very good diet outline and I take protein, creatine, amino acids and a daily multi-vitamin.
With all that said, my goals are to burn the little bit of fat I do have around my stomach and to increase my lean muscle mass. I want to be ripped! Seriously! I have the determination and motivation but I have no clue how to get the results that I want. There are many fitness routines out there. Some people say you should do one thing and the other says different. This is where I get confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. :)

Well pretty much a routine. Something that is pretty solid that will focus on my whole body and not just upper body. I also don't know when to do ab workouts. How many times a week and how many crunches per are enough to get your abdominals a great workout?

AND YES CAIN MARKO IS RIGHT JOIN A GYM IF POSSIBLE,
I AT FIRST ALSO STARTED WORKINGOUT AT HOME AND MY TRAINING SHEDULE WAS 400 PUSH UPS IN 1 HOUR 40 SETS OF 10 REPS EACH WHICH INCLUDES ALL KIND OF PUSHUPS (WIDE ,NARROW,SINGLE HANDED,INCLINE LEGGED)

Im currently on a 3 day split or routein(im not known for my spelling skills)

Day 1-Chest Tri and Abs(or shoulders)
rest
Day 2- Legs (or shoulders if u didn t put em in with Chest tri)
rest
Day 3- Back Bicheps abs(if not in with chest tri)


i mixed mine up alittle for what was good with me and had time to do you can make urs more complacated hope this will be alittle bit better for yah
