Hey guys! Stumbled across these excellent forums a few days ago when i was looking for a good whey protein on google!

Well, i'm 18, and probably the skinniest 18 year old you'll come across! A couple of months ago i considered getting into bodybuilding, but i didnt have much motivation and i have such a busy lifestyle i just brushed the idea aside after a few days...

But recently i've been sick of seeing myself as someone who looks like they just consist of skin and bone, so i'm taking action!

I dont really have a diet plan etc, but i'll make another post somewhere else about that!

Well, anyway, just wanted to say hi, and i'm looking forward to spending some time on here!

Hmm, i dont know exactly tbh, but i would say on an average day about 2500 to 3000 calories a day - i dont know if thats too little - but like i said i'm not really following a diet plan just now, just eating normally and taking protein shakes....and yeah, bulking will be my top priority!

I started at 61kg or 135 pound, now over 180 and pushing hard for 200+

yea i started last year at 125 now im 145 trying to get to 160-170, so i can relate to being small cus i was small from grades k-freshmen year
