A year ago I saw myself at the mirror and i saw myself and said "I am really fat". I've always been thin till I married so I started going to the gym with a friend, I got really hooked up and kept going every day. The thing is that The only routine that I knew is the one that my friend gave me. Don't know a bit of dieting so all i used to do was counting calories. I am looking for some education. Need some crash course to understand so if anyone is up to the task.
