Hello everybody! I'm a new member to this forum. I hope to learn a lot about weight lifting and keeping in shape. I'm 16 and hard-working. I used to be 162 at 5'4, and I worked hard on cardio and lost almost 20 pounds and currently working out for Track&Field. Thanks!

I like it really well, weather is usually chilly and cold but for the past couple of days its been crappy. Raining non-stop or little break. How about San Diego? How's it over there?

yeah that's what i've been hearing, hopefully it'll be clearing up soon, im supposed to be flying in next week and then driving to tahoe. Roads have been pretty bad i've heard. San Diego is treatin' me well, can't beat the beach and women down there
