Hey guys just kind of stumbled onto this website while i was looking up info on some supps. But i am very glad that i did seems like the best website that iv ever seen to answer all of my questions. But anyways ill throw some stats at u. My names Eric im17 I weigh around 215 and am 6” foot. Can put 200 up on bench and 310 on squat. Iv been liftin for all of highschool but am now really lookin to get serious. I first want to drop some weight and try to get as cut as I can but also try to increase my strength by replacing as much of my fat with muscle as I can. I lift 2 times a day in the morning where I do a lot of core work and then in the afternoon where I do all of my alternative lifts. After dinner I do a weightless program called Air Alert that is suppose to increase your vert by 8-12 inches in 12 weeks and cut a couple of ticks off your 40 time. So far this is my plan to achieve my goals.
Please let me no if u have any suggestions or tips on what I could do better or if I am doing anything wrong. I am very new at all of this and don’t know a lot at all.
First I really need to change my diet. Cut out all of the fattening and sugary foods. I plan on having a banana and yogurt with a good multi vitamin for breakfast. With a protein shake. For lunch I plan on having carrots snap
peas an apple and deli meat. And for dinner a green vegetable every night and a meat or fish.
For my supp plan In the morning I plan on having a protein shake, 1 scoop of
vitargo creatine, and 1 dose of BCAAs. Mid day 1 dose of BCAAs. 30 mins b4 afternoon work out 2 scoops
NO explode. I dose
Animal Pump. Throughout afternoon work out 1 scoop vitargo creatine. After work out 2 scoops pro nos.
I was also looking at throwing a cycle of
ZMA into the mix but was not sure how good that was?? Or if it is ok to take at the age of 17?
Iv also heard to get more define to drink lots of water through out the day so iv been drinkin 20 oz every hour. Also to cut down on my sodium intake as much as I can. And to get on the bike after working out for a good 20-30 mins.
Look forward to any tips or suggestions thanks for your time. And am glad to b apart of the team!
